Unfortunately, if Kuffs Password Safe is no longer supported and not available on the Google Store, it may be difficult to continue using it. You may want to consider transitioning to a different password manager that is actively supported and regularly updated for security purposes.

Trying to install Password Safe Pro (with license) on a new smartphone. Can't log in. Looks like I have to directly create a new wallet with new password.

The software features a sharing option through Dropbox. You can go ahead and create a new wallet and password and then use the Dropbox integration to sync the data. This feature needs to be used on the first device and then synced on the second one. This is the way the developer explained on its FAQ page.
I have installed the trial version on my Android already, but I want to buy the full version. Can I put this on my android and my desktop (Windows)? If so, will they sync to each other?

No, the application won't sync with the other one because there is no function for this operation, but you can export the data from the Android version to import it back to Windows version. To download the application, access the official website.
Windows version supports importing from these services/apps:
XML Access Manager 2 Firefox Exporter KeePass2 Ultrasoft Datashield Handy Safe Pro SafeWallet
CSV OI Safe Dataviz Passwords Plus SplashID (VID2 and VID3) Ascendo Datavault WhisperSync
My Galaxy S4 screen is broken and I can't view any of my apps. It has been a while since my last backup. I'm trying to get my new Galaxy S5 to pull up my id's and passwords. I can find my old data. I've opened my Dropbox file but it keeps telling me that no app will open that file.

To recover the data, install the application on your Galaxy S5, then configure Dropbox. You might need to log-in to Dropbox to allow the application to download/upload operations. Once the files has been downloaded, open Kuffs Password Safe and tap on Add file. Select the downloaded file and it should work this way.

I strongly recommend to read the information on the FAQ page to understand how to work with the program: http://beta.kuffs.co.uk/support/faqs/
